Here in Tectron we believe strongly that quality products start not only with a good product design but also good production processes ensuring repeatability in the manufacturing phase.

 

Quality Suppliers

Our suppliers also play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the final products and therefore we select our suppliers carefully and demand that they also adhere to high production process standards.  All components are subjected to rigorous Incoming Quality Inspection before they are stored.

 

Production Quality

With good product design, the quality of components assured and handled upstream, the quality in final assembly can be expected.  Furthermore, we have our Quality Department conduct In-Process checks on every single production process.  Before shipment can be effected, all products must pass the final Outgoing Inspection and a sample check must be conducted based on AQL levels agreed with our clients.
